Triple 7 Movers Claim Business?

Feb 01, 2024

Exceeded our expectations

I chose this company because they had good reviews and reasonable prices, but I was not very impressed. They were late, rude, and careless. They damaged some of my furniture, lost some of my jewelry, and stole some of my money. They denied any wrongdoing and refused to take any responsibility. They were the worst movers I ever hired.

I would give them negative Stars if it was possible.

They do a horrible job of estimating your cost and then double the price on moving day when they show up and then try to blame you. Of course on moving day your hands are tied to try to go with another service so you're stuck. They showed up with a truck that was not large enough and had my belongings tied to the back of the truck like The Beverly Hillbillies. The actual movers were fantastic but the company is horrible to deal with and did nothing but make excuses for the pathetic attempt they made at giving me an estimate so that I could make a consumer decision. I would give them negative Stars if it was possible.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Move out: The team was amazing. They actually were able to show up a few minutes before my appointment to complete the inspection. They were quick and efficient yet took care of all my items. The paper work was well written, to ensure business was legit. Thank you to Crispen, Jose, and Jines!!!

Friendly and helpful guys!

When I asked about the delay in the delivery of my furniture, the team graciously took responsibility, which I really liked. They fixed the problem in less than 24 hours after I told them about it. After I called, it took about three hours for my goods to arrive. They helped me with it, and I'm really grateful.
