Great experience. Yuri and his team were great. Everyone was communicative, careful, and quick. We had items that were already damaged that we weren’t sure would make the trip but they took every precaution to make sure it was protected and every item came out exactly as it went in. Couldn’t recommend enough.
They worked nonstop from the moment they arrived and never took unnecessary breaks. Everything was carefully wrapped and padded, and they handled our furniture and belongings with real care and attention. On top of that, they were polite, professional, and very respectful of our items and home. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Transit Moving Systems again and highly recommend this team specifically!
I just had one of the best moving experiences ever. The team was able to load and unload from MS to GA in a much shorter time than I anticipated and they were very professional. They were very careful with my belongings and even made sure the neighbors were able to get out of the parking lot with ease. They communicated really well about timing, they were prompt, and they worked really quickly while taking care of all my things. They wrapped fragile items for me, and everything made it through the move in good condition. Enrique and his team were friendly and patient, even though my original apartment was a mess, not to mention the three flights of stairs they had to manage. I’m so grateful for them and I recommend them 100%.
They went above and beyond by packing some loose items that I wasn’t able to get to, and after the move they placed each piece of furniture and each box exactly where I wanted it. I had a full sized truck available to me to carry absolutely everything in one trip.
This is not a good company. I'll start with this, they did get my stuff up where I needed it to go and the subs that they hired at our destination were phenomenal. That's about all the positives. The sales guy of course acts like you're best friends but once you sign you won't hear from them again. They came and did a walking estimate on our stuff, did the inventory themselves and gave me a "guaranteed" rate. Moving day came and like magic, they under bid the amount we had so they charged an additional 10% which is the most they can legally charge because of a government regulation. Move out was actually mostly smooth except we have a one of a kind dining room table that has legs that were custom made and installed that aren't detachable. They recklessly tried to tip it over and broke a leg off, and then as they were packing it up broke a second leg off. I saw it in the truck with 2 legs still attached but when it arrived at our house the two remaining legs had gotten taken off as well. Completely unprofessional job with that. The most frustrating part of this move was the bad communication though, we were supposed to move on April 28th, they give a two day window and actually said it was going to be the 29th which was fine. But on the afternoon of the 28th I get a call that they're actually going to be here on the 30th and that the initial two day window was the 29th-30th. I had a nice conversation with them and to their credit they did fix it and showed up on the 29th. But then delivery to the new house showed up a week after it was supposed to be delivered so we had a week in the new house without stuff and their customer service department basically told me to deal with it and according to their contract they have up to 21 days to get it to you. No solution, just waving the contract you signed in your face saying we'll do what we want. And their insurance is a third party with the same type of policy, we still have a broken table 2 months after the move because they have up to 120 days to fix the problem. I had petty reasonable expectations, I know moving is tough, there's a reason you hire a company. A few things broken here and there are expected. But the deliberate destruction of a very nice table and poor communication without any care in the world about your experience make this company truly a nightmare to work with.

The price was right and the service superb! The three young Hispanic Men arrived on time. We started with a walk through of the house, and he explained how everything would go. It took them 5.5 hours to move me out and into my new place. They dismantled the beds and the dressers, upon arrival everything was intact! I appreciate their sense of urgency when moving items. I will book them again of course!
I have moved many times in my career - domestically and internationally. I can honestly say “there has never been a move without some drama!”.
