The entire moving experience was more stressful than expected. Customer service was disappointing and communication was unclear. A professional company should manage these things much better. I hope they improve their service for future customers.
I paid for professional movers, but I ended up doing part of the work myself. The crew moved so slowly that my family had to help carry boxes just to get the move finished before dark.
I had high hopes based on the reviews, but my experience was completely different. The movers worked at a very slow pace and didn't seem organized. The move took much longer than expected. I wouldn't use this company again.
This was a very disappointing experience. The crew kept stopping between trips and never seemed focused on finishing the job. A local move shouldn't take this long. I expected much better service.
The overall relocation took much longer than anticipated. There were delays during loading and unloading, and the schedule kept changing throughout the day. Although everything was eventually moved, the extended process was tiring and inconvenient. Better planning could have made the move considerably smoother.
We took their packing service and packed our things with us and it was the best thing we decided to do when we moved. Their crew arrived a day ahead, hauled all the boxes and materials and loaded it, box by box. Thanks to how that extra step, moving day was a piece of cake!
There were many pieces of wooden furniture that we had to move, and the crew took care of the corners and surfaces. Everything appeared as good as it had prior to the move.
