The movers were extremely careful with our newly renovated home. They protected the floor from damage, they didn't damage the wall and they ensured they were put in exactly where we wanted it.
We have packed everything into our bedroom furniture, which is fantastic. They moved the cupboard, bed and sideboards with thick moving blankets, then wrapped everything in stretch film. There was no change in the contents during transport. Wonderful experience overall.
The moving crew was very friendly, polite and hardworking throughout. They listened attentively when I told them what was fragile in the boxes. They returned happy and respectful after moving heavy furniture for several hours.
We were very appreciative that they removed their shoes when they came on our immacate white carpets, or wore shoe protectors. They also wound particular attention on a group of old wall-mounted mirrors, which they are putting glass-pack sheets around to protect, and wrapped in heavy padded quilts. All mirrors came in perfect condition, no cracks or frame chips.

The movers arrived behind schedule, which caused problems with the rest of my plans. Once they arrived, the process still moved quite slowly. There was also some confusion about the items that needed to be loaded. Overall, it was not a good experience.
We had to make an impromptu change of venue and the team got us (the team) organised and moved the most important things to the new venue. They were also very flexible with the time schedule.
Some heavy boxes were placed on top of lighter ones during unloading. A few items inside were bent because of the weight. More careful handling would have prevented the damage.
Great movers, these guys have helped us with moving our furniture and appliances from CT to AL, which was a long-distance move, and the packing and moving was extremely hard, but these guys did a phenomenal job.
We had a very short time between closing on our previous home and moving into our new home, so that meant we had to find a temporary place to stay. The company loaded and delivered to the secure warehouse for three days without any problems. Nothing was lost, damaged, or misplaced during the handoff, and our belongings were kept secure in climate-controlled storage.

It not only cleared up the scheduling mix-up, but it also brought a second helper on moving day to make up for it. I was astounded.
