I'd been expecting a stressful day and the crew made it seem like a walk in the park. Their friendly and effective communication and loading deserves a massive shout out.
We had to clean the place up somewhat when we were leaving, it was an apartment we were renting. The movers did not leave behind mounds of packing waste, they cleaned up any significant packing trash before they departed. This is an insignificant thing but I liked it.
We had a very short time between closing on our previous home and moving into our new home, so that meant we had to find a temporary place to stay. The company loaded and delivered to the secure warehouse for three days without any problems. Nothing was lost, damaged, or misplaced during the handoff, and our belongings were kept secure in climate-controlled storage.
We had to make an impromptu change of venue and the team got us (the team) organised and moved the most important things to the new venue. They were also very flexible with the time schedule.
This wasn't a small move as a large amount of furniture had been accumulated over the years. The team persevered and was not discouraged.
Great movers, these guys have helped us with moving our furniture and appliances from CT to AL, which was a long-distance move, and the packing and moving was extremely hard, but these guys did a phenomenal job.
A fragile item was found damaged after the fictional delivery was completed. It did not appear to have enough protective material around it during transportation. This was disappointing because delicate belongings should receive extra care. The packing and handling needed improvement.
The fragile art and stemware were in abundance in Order #GA-66321. Truck #T-808 was packed with glass pack boxes, bubble wrap rolls and additional deck bars to allow for a second level in the truck bed and keep light boxes high and protected from the weight of heavy furniture.
The communication by this company's movers was outstanding. They provided me with updates throughout the process, from confirming the booking to keeping me updated during the moving day. They knew when they would arrive and knowing how long each phase would take was very comforting. They were very transparent, appreciate them so much!
I had a pretty short time to move and I wasn't sure how much everything would fit in such a short time. The movers were on time efficient and did the work quickly. They helped unload all the furniture at the new place without any rush or hurry and ensured it was placed correctly. Kudos to the crew!
