I'd been expecting a stressful day and the crew made it seem like a walk in the park. Their friendly and effective communication and loading deserves a massive shout out.
The movers were very helpful with the larger and more difficult items. They were careful in planning the loading and the process was not as stressful as it could have been.
For the most part, it was a wonderful experience! The movers were respectful of the walls and floors and used blankets on the furniture. It was disappointing that one small table was scratched, but everything else went well.
I had a pretty short time to move and I wasn't sure how much everything would fit in such a short time. The movers were on time efficient and did the work quickly. They helped unload all the furniture at the new place without any rush or hurry and ensured it was placed correctly. Kudos to the crew!
The moving team arrived on time and was ready to get started. They handled my furniture and boxes with care. Everything was transported safely to my new home. I was really happy with how smoothly everything went.
There were some really high dollar items that we were particularly concerned about. The movers were able to package the items properly and ensure they were properly installed in the moving truck. Additionally, they were extra careful when coming through the doors at the new house. It was really a load of fun to see all the furniture arrive safely.
Communication was one of the biggest problems during the relocation. I had difficulty getting clear updates about the timing, and the movers arrived behind schedule. This made an already stressful day even harder.
The team was easy to deal with from the beginning. They checked the items before loading, protected the furniture where needed, and worked steadily throughout the day. Nothing about the process felt rushed.
The fragile art and stemware were in abundance in Order #GA-66321. Truck #T-808 was packed with glass pack boxes, bubble wrap rolls and additional deck bars to allow for a second level in the truck bed and keep light boxes high and protected from the weight of heavy furniture.
A fragile item was found damaged after the fictional delivery was completed. It did not appear to have enough protective material around it during transportation. This was disappointing because delicate belongings should receive extra care. The packing and handling needed improvement.
