Moving company in North Las Vegas, NV
We are pleased to present to you a 5-star experience with Streamline Moving and Storage! Reservations were easy, and the coordinator informed me immediately when the moving day was closer. The movers were punctual, efficient, and had great care with the delicate boxes. Highly recommended!
The movers were extremely careful with our newly renovated home. They protected the floor from damage, they didn't damage the wall and they ensured they were put in exactly where we wanted it.
Some heavy boxes were placed on top of lighter ones during unloading. A few items inside were bent because of the weight. More careful handling would have prevented the damage.
We have packed everything into our bedroom furniture, which is fantastic. They moved the cupboard, bed and sideboards with thick moving blankets, then wrapped everything in stretch film. There was no change in the contents during transport. Wonderful experience overall.
The movers were very helpful with the larger and more difficult items. They were careful in planning the loading and the process was not as stressful as it could have been.
The communication by this company's movers was outstanding. They provided me with updates throughout the process, from confirming the booking to keeping me updated during the moving day. They knew when they would arrive and knowing how long each phase would take was very comforting. They were very transparent, appreciate them so much!
The crew kept a cheerful pace even when the elevator in our previous apartment complex was delayed, as happened on an unexpected occasion.
We were very appreciative that they removed their shoes when they came on our immacate white carpets, or wore shoe protectors. They also wound particular attention on a group of old wall-mounted mirrors, which they are putting glass-pack sheets around to protect, and wrapped in heavy padded quilts. All mirrors came in perfect condition, no cracks or frame chips.
We had to make an impromptu change of venue and the team got us (the team) organised and moved the most important things to the new venue. They were also very flexible with the time schedule.
I was very anxious all week before going from TX to NY. They gave them updates on the truck's location every day. All of the equipment was in pristine condition. No missing or damaged items.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Streamline Moving and Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
