I needed to move my entire vintage boutique
I needed to move my entire vintage boutique from a storefront in St. Augustine to a new shop in Jacksonville Beach and Safe Travels Moving and Storage handled every detail perfectly. My shop was full of fragile mirrors, mannequins, racks of delicate clothing, and a few antique display cases. The crew took great care to pad and wrap every single item, making sure nothing snagged or broke. They even carefully transported my neon sign so it would light up properly in the new store. It was clear they had experience with retail moves, and they kept me updated at every stage. A truly top-notch team.

Avoid this company, they are crooks
They overcharged, they charged me for 2500 cubic feet and delivered 1200 cubic feet, their answer was I had to pay for empty space in the trucks. They held my trucks until I paid $19,40020. cash. They lost, damaged or destroyed $10,636.21 of my possessions. They are not a moving company. They hire terrible movers who did not even cover my possessions with moving blankets. They had no insurance for my loss. They are a terrible elder abuse company. I am a 79 year old disabled vet. They gave one price then it was $19,000 then it became $49000. the movers even punched holes in my wall and broke floor tile in my new home. When I asked for help they said they were not responsible. Unless you like paying to be cheated out of large sums of money and have your possessions destroyed never use these crooks. I have tried to submit damage photos, but was not able. They also stored my possession in water causing my dresser to rot and my safe to rust shut. This cost me a lot of time and money to open.

I recently moved my 2-bedroom beach condo
I recently moved my 2-bedroom beach condo from Siesta Key to a downtown Sarasota apartment and Safe Travels Moving and Storage made the whole day feel effortless. Between my surfboards, paddleboards, rattan furniture, and a bunch of potted tropical plants, I wasn’t sure if they’d know what to do with it all — but they handled every item with total care. They secured the boards properly, wrapped my patio chairs to prevent scratching, and carefully loaded my larger planters upright. It was fast, friendly, and super organized. These movers clearly have experience with coastal moves and I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had to move my small pottery studio from my backyard shed
I had to move my small pottery studio from my backyard shed in Vero Beach to a proper storefront in Sebastian and Safe Travels Moving and Storage was fantastic. Clay wheels, kiln shelves, handmade pots — I was worried they’d chip or crack along the way, but the team was incredibly careful. They brought extra padding for my most fragile pieces, kept my wheel upright, and handled everything like they were moving their own belongings. They even helped me reorganize my shelving once we arrived. If you need movers who appreciate craft and care about your work, these are the ones to call.

Move from FL to OR
Safe Travels did a great job with my move from Florida to Oregon. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about long-distance moves, so I was a little nervous going into it, but I ended up being very happy with how everything went. The crew was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and treated my belongings with care. I especially appreciated the communication along the way because I always knew what was going on. Everything arrived safely, and there were no major headaches or surprises. For a move all the way across the country, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely recommend Safe Travels to friends or family who need to make a long-distance move!

Highly trusted movers, Top notch
Best moving experience I’ve had. Professional, fast, and very polite. They were especially careful with my fragile boxes and managed to navigate a tight apartment hallway without a single scuff on the walls. 10/10 service!
