Safe Travels Moving and Storage took the stress out of moving from West Palm Beach, FL to Minneapolis, MN. My 5-bedroom home had heavy furniture, appliances, and fragile decor. The crew worked like clockwork and made sure all my belongings arrived safely despite the long distance.
I moved from Milwaukee, WI to Houston, TX and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The movers were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced with long-distance relocations. All of my items arrived safely and were placed exactly where I needed them.
Best moving experience I’ve had. Professional, fast, and very polite. They were especially careful with my fragile boxes and managed to navigate a tight apartment hallway without a single scuff on the walls. 10/10 service!
They overcharged, they charged me for 2500 cubic feet and delivered 1200 cubic feet, their answer was I had to pay for empty space in the trucks. They held my trucks until I paid $19,40020. cash. They lost, damaged or destroyed $10,636.21 of my possessions.They are not a moving company. They hire terrible movers who did not even cover my possessions with moving blankets. They had no insurance for my loss. They are a terrible elder abuse company. I am a 79 year old disabled vet. They gave one price then it was $19,000 then it became $49000. the movers even punched holes in my wall and broke floor tile in my new home. When I asked for help they said they were not responsible. Unless you like paying to be cheated out of large sums of money and have your possessions destroyed never use these crooks. I have tried to submit damage photos, but was not able. They also stored my possession in water causing my dresser to rot and my safe to rust shut. This cost me a lot of time and money to open.
