I had to get furniture, electronics, and personal items safely onto a docked vessel with limited access and tight quarters. The movers showed up with compact gear, waterproof covers, and a plan. They carefully lifted everything across the gangway and even helped rearrange the layout inside the cabin to make it all fit. Moving onto a boat isn’t easy, but these guys made it feel like it was.

Safe Travels did a great job with my move from Florida to Oregon. I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about long-distance moves, so I was a little nervous going into it, but I ended up being very happy with how everything went. The crew was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and treated my belongings with care. I especially appreciated the communication along the way because I always knew what was going on. Everything arrived safely, and there were no major headaches or surprises. For a move all the way across the country, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely recommend Safe Travels to friends or family who need to make a long-distance move!
I moved my 2-bedroom apartment from Brandon to a high-rise unit in downtown Tampa and Safe Travels Moving and Storage handled every challenge like pros. The building had strict elevator time slots and limited loading space but the crew coordinated everything perfectly. They showed up early, wrapped my furniture quickly, and navigated the tight elevator with zero damage to my walls or belongings. My glass coffee table, mounted TV, and oversized couch all made it without a scratch. It’s hard to find movers who are both fast and careful, but these guys nailed it. I’ll definitely be calling them again.
They overcharged, they charged me for 2500 cubic feet and delivered 1200 cubic feet, their answer was I had to pay for empty space in the trucks. They held my trucks until I paid $19,40020. cash. They lost, damaged or destroyed $10,636.21 of my possessions.They are not a moving company. They hire terrible movers who did not even cover my possessions with moving blankets. They had no insurance for my loss. They are a terrible elder abuse company. I am a 79 year old disabled vet. They gave one price then it was $19,000 then it became $49000. the movers even punched holes in my wall and broke floor tile in my new home. When I asked for help they said they were not responsible. Unless you like paying to be cheated out of large sums of money and have your possessions destroyed never use these crooks. I have tried to submit damage photos, but was not able. They also stored my possession in water causing my dresser to rot and my safe to rust shut. This cost me a lot of time and money to open.
