Read More My experience with Safe Hands Relocation was excellent from start to finish. The office staff kept in touch leading up to moving day, which really put me at ease. The movers arrived prepared, wrapped up all my furniture, and even helped disconnect and reconnect my washer and dryer without me asking. They moved quickly but carefully, and it was clear they take pride in what they do. By the end of the day, I felt like I got more than my money’s worth.”

Read More I paid and they did NOT show up to move me I booked my move with a hard move date due to leaving the state. I paid my 1/3 deposit and signed with this company due to being a veteran owned and veteran friendly company. I was given 2 potential days to move prior to my deadline. I was concerned leading into the 2 day window since I had not heard from the dispatcher. I was assured that I was on the schedule for the 2 day window. I contemplated getting a refund with the 72 hour window and more assurances were provided to me. I should have listened to my feelings. The first day of the potential pickup came and no one reached out or showed up. The second morning came and I started calling them to see when they were coming to move my studio apartment across the country. I had a 7 AM flight for the next morning and needed them to come through as I was assured days earlier. I was finally able to reach someone and they were working on the schedule for that day still a d would get back to me. Then late in the afternoon, I got a text saying that they could not make it. I was offered a refund over text and accepted given my flight and my clear expectations from the beginning about the move. Now the company is not answering my calls or emails about the refund. They are keeping the funds for a move they DID NOT make. I had to move myself across the country at my own expense. It has been 2 months and still no answer. I am confused how this makes sense to anyone as a way to do business. Please use other alternatives for your moving needs. Even if you paid as instructed, they might not show, and the money is a struggle to get returned, if I can get it at all.

Read More These gentlemen were prompt, polite, and incredibly hard-working. They started at one home and quickly, safely moved out a couch, then came to my house where the real challenge began. Part of our new couch had to be carried around the back of the house, down a hill, and hoisted up onto the deck because it wouldn’t fit down the stairs—yet they handled it with ease. They also disassembled our daybed without issue, loaded it into the truck, and reassembled it perfectly at the third location. They were professional throughout and made the entire process look effortless.

Part of our new couch had to be carried around the back of the house, down a hill, and hoisted up onto the deck since it couldn’t fit down the stairs—but they handled it flawlessly. The team was reliable, efficient, and extremely careful when packing and unloading all of our furniture and boxes. They wrapped every piece of furniture with blankets and shrink wrap, ensuring everything was well protected throughout the move. We highly recommend them for both local and long-distance moves.

I purchased a vehicle in Florida to be shipped to Georgia, and the representative I worked with was thorough, transparent, and made me feel completely at ease entrusting them with the transport. The vehicle was delivered exactly on time, and the delivery driver was courteous and professional. The fact that payment wasn’t required until delivery was complete sealed the deal. Truly a 11 out of 10 experience—excellent job!
