Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
The crew lifted numerous boxes of fragile China set with incredible dexterity. Too cautiously, they marked each package as fragile. For my next action, I'll be using them once more.
After spending half my life in my home, I was hesitant to move, but the moving team from this company made it so much easier. They carefully packed my fragile items, and I was impressed by how they labeled every box. After delivery, they even helped arrange my furniture. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience pleasant!
We are grateful beyond measure to this company for relocating our entire office just within a weekend. Thanks to the movers’ tireless efforts and commitment, we were back to business by Monday. We applaud them!
Run fast and far from this company. Everything they tell you up front is BS. They over promise and way under deliver. After the money was collected as a deposit for the binding contract communication was tough at best. They think it is acceptable to hang up on you when you can actually talk to the one lady in the office that barely speaks English. We moved from Arizona to Michigan and most of the furniture was broken. Our big TV was never listed on the inventory packing list was "never picked up" as they say. When our belongings were finally delivered the truck arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they demanded $8,256 in cash before they unloaded the truck. We had furniture that was damaged and even got belongings that weren't ours. The movers smelled like they hadn't showered in days. They hired a local helper off off of Craigslist for. $50. There is nothing good that we can say about this company. There are plenty of other companies out there DON'T PAY THESE GUYS ANY MONEY!!!! ALL PROMISE AND NO DELIVER!
They made the whole day less stressful with their jokes and upbeat energy. Moving doesn’t have to be miserable when you hire these guys.
Please accept my sincere appreciation for all of your help during last week's move. They took charge and made sure everything ran well. They avoided disasters by carefully replacing all of the components in their correct locations.
We are impressed with the service we received from this company. The staff attendants were attentive to our demands and helped us plan the move exactly the way we wanted. Luckily, the moving team was efficient too and they thoroughly packed our possessions with bubble wrap, thick fabric cloth and padding. We were relieved when our things arrived safely. We absolutely recommend them!
This is a scam company. DO NOT HIRE! I paid them a $2190 deposit on a $3700 move. When the movers arrived, they refused to move at that price, demanding $2000 more despite the confirming my item list was correct. I tried to call relocation moving a dozen times, called their agents, sent them emails, since my contract said not to agree to a price increase without talking to them. After a few days I got a hold of a customer service rep who just said they would not refund me anything and hung up on me. Don't get scammed like me!
This company promises things the driving companies won't follow through on. Dont use them. They wasted our time and $3000.
Moving is never easy, but they guys made it look easy. They were very careful and polite with all of our possessions while they relocated them. I could not have asked for better movers to take the burden off my shoulders.
