Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Relocation Express LLC put my mind at ease on moving day by connecting me with a great moving staff. They were pleasant, efficient, and careful with my furniture. I observed as they helped me with some last-minute packing and wrapped and loaded everything.
As a unit, they were fantastic. On the dot, five men showed there, ready to get to work. We had a lot of furniture, including a piano. The items were packed and prepared for delivery with great care. Everything went smoothly during the transition!
This company promises things the driving companies won't follow through on. Dont use them. They wasted our time and $3000.
Moving is a dusty business. These movers used special floor runners to protect my carpets from tracked-in dirt - no post-move cleaning marathon needed!
After spending half my life in my home, I was hesitant to move, but the moving team from this company made it so much easier. They carefully packed my fragile items, and I was impressed by how they labeled every box. After delivery, they even helped arrange my furniture. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience pleasant!
The movers were professional, efficient, and kind. Having them manage our move was a relief because they worked hard for their pay.
I was immediately met with a very attentive customer service rep - this ended as soon as he got my deposit. As I explain this was my first across state move and I had many questions - I was told all the right answers until the days leading up to the move. My quote that listed my items and the date I needed delivery went out the window along with verbal and email promises. I was charged almost double my original quote - including an extra fee for moving into an apartment building which from the start I made clear I was moving into as it is a part of my address. The only customer service representative I could reach to ask for an explanation used extreme profanity in another language before I could even get a sentence out. I was given no updates as for my items - thank goodness I included my own tracker with my stuff. Overall, absolutely traumatic experience and felt completely degraded as a human.
Run fast and far from this company. Everything they tell you up front is BS. They over promise and way under deliver. After the money was collected as a deposit for the binding contract communication was tough at best. They think it is acceptable to hang up on you when you can actually talk to the one lady in the office that barely speaks English. We moved from Arizona to Michigan and most of the furniture was broken. Our big TV was never listed on the inventory packing list was "never picked up" as they say. When our belongings were finally delivered the truck arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they demanded $8,256 in cash before they unloaded the truck. We had furniture that was damaged and even got belongings that weren't ours. The movers smelled like they hadn't showered in days. They hired a local helper off off of Craigslist for. $50. There is nothing good that we can say about this company. There are plenty of other companies out there DON'T PAY THESE GUYS ANY MONEY!!!! ALL PROMISE AND NO DELIVER!
I recently moved to a new city for work and needed a reliable moving service. The personnel from Relocation Express LLC came recommended by a colleague, and now I know why. They were punctual, polite, and very efficient. My biggest worry was my huge sectional couch, but they navigated it through the narrow staircase like pros. Nothing got scratched, and the couch arrived in pristine condition. Plus, the final bill was reasonable, and there were no hidden costs. I’ll definitely be passing on the recommendation.
The movers were on time. Very easy to talk to as they were loading the truck with stuff that had been in a storage unit. They listened and put everything in the place I asked. I would recommend this company and these two hard workers! I would definitely use them again!
