Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
We enlisted their crew for unloading a moving truck and trailers. They completed the task quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The cost was fair, and I would definitely recommend this company.
Relocation Express LLC put my mind at ease on moving day by connecting me with a great moving staff. They were pleasant, efficient, and careful with my furniture. I observed as they helped me with some last-minute packing and wrapped and loaded everything.
I was delighted by the care taken with my kitchen items. The movers packed my pots and pans with cushioned paper and labeled the boxes with a list of contents. They handled my glassware delicately, ensuring nothing was chipped or broken.
The crew lifted numerous boxes of fragile China set with incredible dexterity. Too cautiously, they marked each package as fragile. For my next action, I'll be using them once more.
They made the whole day less stressful with their jokes and upbeat energy. Moving doesn’t have to be miserable when you hire these guys.
Despite all my previous moves, this one was the smoothest. They were punctual and carried out their duties with dignity. simplified a task that may have been difficult to do.
This company promises things the driving companies won't follow through on. Dont use them. They wasted our time and $3000.
Run fast and far from this company. Everything they tell you up front is BS. They over promise and way under deliver. After the money was collected as a deposit for the binding contract communication was tough at best. They think it is acceptable to hang up on you when you can actually talk to the one lady in the office that barely speaks English. We moved from Arizona to Michigan and most of the furniture was broken. Our big TV was never listed on the inventory packing list was "never picked up" as they say. When our belongings were finally delivered the truck arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they demanded $8,256 in cash before they unloaded the truck. We had furniture that was damaged and even got belongings that weren't ours. The movers smelled like they hadn't showered in days. They hired a local helper off off of Craigslist for. $50. There is nothing good that we can say about this company. There are plenty of other companies out there DON'T PAY THESE GUYS ANY MONEY!!!! ALL PROMISE AND NO DELIVER!
We just used Relocation Express LLC to help us move into a new home, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Kevin was really helpful all the way through, minimizing the strain of the move. The movers did an outstanding job that day; despite the cold, they moved us in record time, and we couldn't be happier. Having found this great business, we will definitely employ their services again.
I was upset when I realized a small item, a silver necklace from my grandmother, was missing after the move. I contacted Charles and William, and they promised to look into it. They checked everything thoroughly and luckily found the necklace in one of the boxes. They sent it to me right away and even followed up to make sure I got it safely. I appreciated their quick and polite response.
