Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
William and Jones didn’t rush while disassembling my bed frame, and not a screw was missing! Harland packed my lamps without breaking the bulbs.
I recently moved to a new city for work and needed a reliable moving service. The personnel from Relocation Express LLC came recommended by a colleague, and now I know why. They were punctual, polite, and very efficient. My biggest worry was my huge sectional couch, but they navigated it through the narrow staircase like pros. Nothing got scratched, and the couch arrived in pristine condition. Plus, the final bill was reasonable, and there were no hidden costs. I’ll definitely be passing on the recommendation.
We were satisfied throughout the whole procedure. I cannot comprehend how smoothly everything went. What an amazing job these men completed. I'm still shocked at how soon they completed my move, and there was no mark on any of my items. Well done!
Run fast and far from this company. Everything they tell you up front is BS. They over promise and way under deliver. After the money was collected as a deposit for the binding contract communication was tough at best. They think it is acceptable to hang up on you when you can actually talk to the one lady in the office that barely speaks English. We moved from Arizona to Michigan and most of the furniture was broken. Our big TV was never listed on the inventory packing list was "never picked up" as they say. When our belongings were finally delivered the truck arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they demanded $8,256 in cash before they unloaded the truck. We had furniture that was damaged and even got belongings that weren't ours. The movers smelled like they hadn't showered in days. They hired a local helper off off of Craigslist for. $50. There is nothing good that we can say about this company. There are plenty of other companies out there DON'T PAY THESE GUYS ANY MONEY!!!! ALL PROMISE AND NO DELIVER!
Relocation Express LLC put my mind at ease on moving day by connecting me with a great moving staff. They were pleasant, efficient, and careful with my furniture. I observed as they helped me with some last-minute packing and wrapped and loaded everything.
They're simply the best movers I have hired. They were incredibly professional while helping my aged parents and I move into our 3-bedroom condo. They were patient, kind, and respectful, and put in the extra effort to ensure all of us felt comfortable through the transition. We had a seamless move thanks to them!
After spending half my life in my home, I was hesitant to move, but the moving team from this company made it so much easier. They carefully packed my fragile items, and I was impressed by how they labeled every box. After delivery, they even helped arrange my furniture. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience pleasant!
This company promises things the driving companies won't follow through on. Dont use them. They wasted our time and $3000.
Despite all my previous moves, this one was the smoothest. They were punctual and carried out their duties with dignity. simplified a task that may have been difficult to do.
The movers were on time. Very easy to talk to as they were loading the truck with stuff that had been in a storage unit. They listened and put everything in the place I asked. I would recommend this company and these two hard workers! I would definitely use them again!
