Moving company in Pompano Beach, FL
Relocation Express LLC put my mind at ease on moving day by connecting me with a great moving staff. They were pleasant, efficient, and careful with my furniture. I observed as they helped me with some last-minute packing and wrapped and loaded everything.
Run fast and far from this company. Everything they tell you up front is BS. They over promise and way under deliver. After the money was collected as a deposit for the binding contract communication was tough at best. They think it is acceptable to hang up on you when you can actually talk to the one lady in the office that barely speaks English. We moved from Arizona to Michigan and most of the furniture was broken. Our big TV was never listed on the inventory packing list was "never picked up" as they say. When our belongings were finally delivered the truck arrived at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they demanded $8,256 in cash before they unloaded the truck. We had furniture that was damaged and even got belongings that weren't ours. The movers smelled like they hadn't showered in days. They hired a local helper off off of Craigslist for. $50. There is nothing good that we can say about this company. There are plenty of other companies out there DON'T PAY THESE GUYS ANY MONEY!!!! ALL PROMISE AND NO DELIVER!
Despite all my previous moves, this one was the smoothest. They were punctual and carried out their duties with dignity. simplified a task that may have been difficult to do.
After spending half my life in my home, I was hesitant to move, but the moving team from this company made it so much easier. They carefully packed my fragile items, and I was impressed by how they labeled every box. After delivery, they even helped arrange my furniture. Their friendly attitude made the whole experience pleasant!
Two movers shifted me this morning! There were a lot of stairs and big things that needed moving. Those were top-notch. I am very grateful for what they did. They were a delight to deal with. They went to great lengths to resolve my issues! Much obliged. Every one of you is precious to me.
John and his crew were amazing!! They handled all my stuff with care and respect, including my guitar collection, which is very precious to me. They were also very friendly and easy to work with, and they listened to all my requests and preferences. The only downside was they charged me a bit more than I had budgeted for. But I guess you get what you pay for, and they did a fantastic job.
This is a scam company. DO NOT HIRE! I paid them a $2190 deposit on a $3700 move. When the movers arrived, they refused to move at that price, demanding $2000 more despite the confirming my item list was correct. I tried to call relocation moving a dozen times, called their agents, sent them emails, since my contract said not to agree to a price increase without talking to them. After a few days I got a hold of a customer service rep who just said they would not refund me anything and hung up on me. Don't get scammed like me!
This company promises things the driving companies won't follow through on. Dont use them. They wasted our time and $3000.
We are grateful beyond measure to this company for relocating our entire office just within a weekend. Thanks to the movers’ tireless efforts and commitment, we were back to business by Monday. We applaud them!
Please accept my sincere appreciation for all of your help during last week's move. They took charge and made sure everything ran well. They avoided disasters by carefully replacing all of the components in their correct locations.
