Needed movers fast and got it done
The final amount increased a little because I had more items than the original inventory, which was fair. The important thing was that I got out of the apartment on time.

The movers ended up helping with kitchen items, lamps, pictures, closet contents, and some garage items. They had packing paper, boxes, tape, and bubble wrap available, which saved us from running to the store again. The actual packing was careful. Our dishes, glasses, and framed pictures arrived safely. Furniture was wrapped before loading and the crew reassembled the bed and dining table at the new place
I've moved apartments with friends before, and it usually turns into an all-day event involving somebody's pickup truck and a lot of bad decisions. This time I hired movers. The movers had everything out much faster than I would have. They wrapped the furniture and carried the TV separately instead of tossing it between boxes.
We moved from Charlotte to Charleston and had a mix of furniture, boxes, and fragile kitchen items. Pure Relocation Services gave us a clear estimate and explained how the delivery window would work. I appreciated that because long-distance timing can be confusing. The movers wrapped our dining table, bedroom furniture, and TV stand. They also used extra packing paper for the dishes and glassware. The loading took longer than expected because we had more garage items than we originally listed, but the crew handled it without making us feel bad. Delivery went smoothly, and everything was placed in the right rooms. Overall, it was a dependable move.
Our three-bedroom house was completely full, and the garage probably added another room's worth of things. I was worried that I had underestimated how much we owned. The movers checked the inventory with us and pointed out the extra items before loading. I appreciated knowing about it rather than being surprised later. They wrapped all the major furniture, including our bedroom sets, dining table, sectional, and two TVs. The garage items were awkward because we had tools, shelving, bikes, and outdoor equipment, but they organized everything pretty well.
We moved from Raleigh to Richmond and had a mix of furniture, boxes, and fragile kitchen items. I was a little nervous because I had heard bad stories about long-distance movers, but this went well. Pure Relocation Services gave us an arrival window and stayed in touch. The movers wrapped the larger furniture and made sure the boxes marked fragile were handled separately. Our delivery was on time, and the unloading was faster than the loading. One lamp shade got bent a little, but it was not a major issue and nothing was broken. Overall, I felt the crew was careful and honest about the process.
The estimate we received was reasonably close to the final cost. We did pay a little more because we added a bookcase, extra boxes, and packing for two large mirrors that weren't included in the original inventory
We were debating whether to pack ourselves or pay for full-service moving. I am glad we paid for the extra help. The crew packed our kitchen, closets, and several fragile items. They used packing paper for dishes, wardrobe boxes for clothes, and shrink wrap for furniture. The move itself was from New Jersey to Pennsylvania, and delivery happened within the window we were given. They reassembled the bed frames and placed the larger furniture in the correct rooms. There were a lot of boxes, but the labels made unpacking easier. It was a big expense, but it removed a lot of pressure from an already busy week.
The packing team brought boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap and got through it surprisingly quickly. Glasses were individually wrapped and the heavier dishes were packed in smaller boxes rather than overloaded ones.
We used them for a full-service move from Tampa to Savannah because we were both working right up until moving day. The crew packed the kitchen, closets, and several fragile decorations. They used wardrobe boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and plenty of tape. The furniture was wrapped well, including our sectional sofa, dining table, and bed frames. At delivery, they reassembled the beds and placed the larger items where we wanted them. A few boxes were not labeled as specifically as I would have liked, but nothing was lost or damaged. Overall, the packing help saved us a lot of time and made the move much easier.
