Moving company in Lynnwood, WA
I used this company to move my office to a new location. They were fast and careful, but they missed some important details. They forgot to label some of the boxes, mixed up some of the files, and lost some of the equipment. It
The movers were vital in the success of our recent move. I can't say enough good things about the job they performed dismantling and reassembling our bulky furniture. If we had the opportunity, we would employ them again without hesitation.
They arrived on time for every phase of our interstate move, from packing to driving to unloading. Incredible yet again. We cannot express how happy we are to be back at Portabox Storage
Extremely helpful company Extremely helpful company, quick, competitive and on time. Couldn’t have had a more helpful and highly skilled driver, very impressive
The first thing they did was go through my items, even the most delicate glassware, to estimate the packing and wrapping materials. On a moving day, they arrived on time with a spacious, fully-stocked van. To protect the furnishings, it was wrapped with blankets and plastic.
These guys are exceptional. Their integrity, clear pricing, and excellence in the moving process make them stand out. They treat customers well, understand their situations, and care about possessions.
They were very responsive and flexible with drop off and pick up. No issues with them storing the boxes, excellent communication. Jonathan was very helpful explaining the whole process.
On moving day, the elevator in my apartment building stopped working. It added to my already present stress, however David moving unit was up to the task. They quickly got out their extra packing supplies to double pack every item, padded the staircase and walls, and carried every single piece down cautiously. It dragged the process a bit longer than I liked but they confronted the problem head-on with no complaints. I received all my valuables in amazing condition. I thank them sincerely for such a phenomenal service!
It was encouraging to know the relocation was going well because the three-person moving crew arrived just a few minutes early. I was happy to see that every delicate or necessary item, including my massive entertainment system, was well-protected by the movers.
