Moving company in Reading, PA
Renting from Penske was a smooth and stress-free experience. The vehicle was ready on time, the paperwork was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent. I would gladly rent from them again.
a penske truck hit my car nyc and they don't pay for the damage they ignore my calls and emails I filed complain with bbb and I hire an attorney to get my money
I had a great experience with Penske Truck Rental. The truck was clean, reliable, and performed well throughout my move. The staff was professional and made the rental process quick and easy.
Great customer service from pick up to drop off! I forgot the young man’s name when I picked it up but Jose helped with check out as did a young woman and we were so impressed. 100% recommend!

Never do business here. They do not practice honest business dealings. If you should try to do business with them just know, your deposit won’t be given back to you immediately. They hold it for up to 10 days not 5 like they will tell you. I am still waiting on mines. Had I in known this I would have never used their services. They will send you to the district and then to corporate. They will give you the run around. Very quick to take your money, less quick to resolve any issues. Incompetence all around.

From my initial call to Customer Service to the late night drop off I must say the experience was Superb!! These guys/gals are the Dream Team of Truck Rentals!! And they’ll take care of Veterans. Totally outstanding.. If I HAD to say something critical it would be: Please be sure the Customer understands after hour drop off. It was not crystal clear. Other than that.. GREAT JOB!!!
The representative in Etowah North Carolina was excellent! I have rented from other companies in the past and in my opinion Penske is the best. Many thanks for making this a great experience.
