Moving company in Boynton Beach, FL
I really loved being a customer of Pan Transit Vanlines LLC. I hired them to move my old furniture transfer into new home. James and his crew were awesome at packing and carefully loading into the truck. After 2 hours, I got the receiving my furniture in new place.
I was given an original estimate but just a few days before my move I was given a new amount and my origin/destination fee double just because I needed an extra 80 cubic feet. I ended up having to pay an extra $2000 just for additional 80 cubic feet. This company doubled the origin/destination fee. So if you decide to go with this company, expect to pay thousands more than your original estimate.
They volunteered to assist us in unpacking after the unloading was completed. They helped us set up our furniture and unpack our belongings, not simply leaving boxes in the living room but also setting up every room.
One of the crew kept barging into my bathroom without knocking and left it a complete mess—water all over the floor and a soggy paper towel in the sink. Not exactly respectful.
Bait and Switch Masters - Look Elsewhere HORRIBLE company. Undersold me to get the contract. Contacted me 2 DAYS before my move and took my quote from $1800 to over $3000 dollars - rude initial movers with endless attitude that smelled like smoke. The company did not help whatsoever. Nothing was relayed to the moving team, who complained about stairs and even threatened to leave if I didn't pay them MORE for stars that were already part of my contract. Above all of this even after the extra 1000-1200 dollars I had to pay, they didn't even have the room to take everything that I had on my manifest meaning I had to leave about $1000 worth of furniture on a curb that I had to replace. WORST moving experience I have ever had - and I have moved across the country twice. John is a slick sales guy who would never return my calls or emails after assuring me he would be my main point of contact. Every attempt to contact him I would get a response from his "manager," never him. Bad business, and worse customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS.
My interstate relocation wouldn't have gone off without a hitch if not for Pan Transit Vanlines LLC help. My interactions with this organization were quite satisfying because of their prompt replies to my inquiries and the availability of a monitoring app. My journey was smooth sailing thanks to your attentive customer support team.
When they finished loading about two hours later, they had practically everything. When I looked at the whole picture, I was happy. I greatly appreciate your support with our transfer, since all of my questions and concerns were handled immediately. You have prevented a disastrous outcome by doing this.
My impressions of Thomas and Brooks were satisfactory. They were on the dot on a moving day, introduced themselves, and surveyed my former place to inventory what needed to be relocated. The movers had no trouble with my several appliances, including a refrigerator, washing and dryer, and microwave.
The experience of working with Pan Transit Vanlines LLC was rewarding. The operation ran smoothly thanks to James and his kind staff.
We are thrilled with our movers, who worked quickly and carefully and did an excellent job overall. A huge debt of gratitude must also be extended to the gentleman who delivered our possessions in 2 days. In a heartbeat, I'd hire Pan Transit Vanlines LLC.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Pan Transit Van lines LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
