These guys are the kings of punctuality. Matthew and Gabriel showed up early for the estimate, on moving day, and even when they dropped off my belongings at the new place. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with folks who respect your time.
The crew arrived on time and efficiently loaded everything onto the truck. They navigated narrow hallways and staircases without a hitch. They even helped arrange the furniture.
I'm relieved I went with Pan Transit Vanlines LLC. Everything was easy, from the initial inquiry through the actual relocation. All of the workers were helpful, swift, and professional. They provided special rates, and there were no hidden costs. Highly recommended!
Christopher and John showed up early to the appointment, parked where I told them to, and were very polite and professional throughout the process. They were cautious about everything, and not a single item was damaged. They had even carefully dismantled my half-broken shelf and wrapped it with the film to keep all the parts together. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very accommodating. I don't regret my decision to hire them.
One of the crew kept barging into my bathroom without knocking and left it a complete mess—water all over the floor and a soggy paper towel in the sink. Not exactly respectful.
I was given an original estimate but just a few days before my move I was given a new amount and my origin/destination fee double just because I needed an extra 80 cubic feet. I ended up having to pay an extra $2000 just for additional 80 cubic feet. This company doubled the origin/destination fee. So if you decide to go with this company, expect to pay thousands more than your original estimate.
Bait and Switch Masters - Look Elsewhere HORRIBLE company. Undersold me to get the contract. Contacted me 2 DAYS before my move and took my quote from $1800 to over $3000 dollars - rude initial movers with endless attitude that smelled like smoke. The company did not help whatsoever. Nothing was relayed to the moving team, who complained about stairs and even threatened to leave if I didn't pay them MORE for stars that were already part of my contract. Above all of this even after the extra 1000-1200 dollars I had to pay, they didn't even have the room to take everything that I had on my manifest meaning I had to leave about $1000 worth of furniture on a curb that I had to replace. WORST moving experience I have ever had - and I have moved across the country twice. John is a slick sales guy who would never return my calls or emails after assuring me he would be my main point of contact. Every attempt to contact him I would get a response from his "manager," never him. Bad business, and worse customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS.
My interstate relocation wouldn't have gone off without a hitch if not for Pan Transit Vanlines LLC help. My interactions with this organization were quite satisfying because of their prompt replies to my inquiries and the availability of a monitoring app. My journey was smooth sailing thanks to your attentive customer support team.
When they finished loading about two hours later, they had practically everything. When I looked at the whole picture, I was happy. I greatly appreciate your support with our transfer, since all of my questions and concerns were handled immediately. You have prevented a disastrous outcome by doing this.
Unfortunately, we waited until the very last minute to contact and arrange the moving. Due to the proximity of our move, they were able to provide us with an accurate quote and fit us into their schedule with only a week's notice. The group would never be late. I have no reservations in suggesting them to others because of how helpful and informed they are. relocation that is very simple and trouble-free
