We were relocating across town to a new residence and required assistance with packing and even unloading! They were very prompt in moving, cared about our belongings, and did a lot more than we thought they would. No damage occurred and everything was done smoothly.
This company did the job with no problems, even though I had a tight deadline to move. They were on site first, did their job well, and had it all in place in no time. They were busy but they were still able to take care of my things. I don't know how I would have done this without them!
I was impressed by their furniture arrangement. They didn't just dump it all out, they ensured that the valuable bits were in the right place.
We had to make an extra change in our schedule as our closing date was postponed at the last minute. I phoned the office in panic and they coolly moved the date we were moving with no hassle. We were totally impressed with their flexibility.
This was in the middle of a steady rainfall. The movers placed heavy furniture runners on the hardwood hallways and carpeted stairs to protect the floor from mud and water damage. Very professional and caring.
I was very impressed with the moving crew. They arrived as scheduled and got right to work. My fragile items and furniture were handled carefully throughout the move. Everything arrived safely at my new home.
When I required assistance in moving large appliances, I was not faced with any problems with this company. They had everything needed and moved around in narrow areas with ease. I can only say good things about them!
The one thing that impressed me most was the respectability of the movers. They wore protective coverings when needed, took care around the walls, and left no mess. Moving is stressful enough without worrying about damage to your property. Communication was good among the crew, and they kept us informed the whole time. They seemed concerned about doing a good job.
Could not be more thankful! We needed last-minute packing and they had extra packing materials onsite. So, our move went off without any delays, either!
My moving appointment did not go according to the schedule I was given. The late arrival caused a chain of delays that lasted through the rest of the day. I received very little explanation for the changes. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
