The team was very informative and responsive from the first call. I was completely aware of what to anticipate, the time they would arrive and how they were going to be processed. They even called me halfway through the move to see if they needed to put anything aside for me. This quality of care made all the difference!
From the initial loading to the final box being brought inside, the team stayed organized. They paid attention to our instructions and handled the household items responsibly. Overall, the move was completed efficiently and with good care.
They helped us move our art gallery to a new location, and carefully packed every sculpture and canvas. All the food was delivered in perfect condition!
I was impressed by the thoroughness of the movers with my belongings. I'm usually concerned when I hire movers about any scratches or dents. They took their time with the furniture. The crew was both friendly and professional and kept me informed when they required clarification on placement of items. Overall it was a very positive experience.
Our washer/dryer was particularly hard to move and the movers were very helpful with that. They carefully disconnected them and ensured that they were safe for transport. Here they placed them where we needed them, and didn't scratch the floor.
I needed to move for work, and it wasn't a short-distance move from home. Thankfully, the team they had in place was brilliant, ensuring they knew what to transport, where to take it and that all the fragile items were properly packed and transported. I had an easy move!
I had to shift a few big appliances, such as refrigerator and washing machine. The movers did a great job in all the preparations and have made sure to put things in order properly, when it comes to bringing the appliances into the new home. Luckily, it was scratch and dent free.
We had 2 children and lots of items to transport. The team was patient and very careful in handling it all. Everything arrived safely. We couldn’t be happier!
I moved by this company with a crisis and while I was busy with other things. This company's crew didn't need to be monitored – they checked before each room, they knew what to leave and they informed me prior to closing the job out. I was really impressed!
