The movers made the relocation process simple when I switched houses. Richard was very skilled and knew how to handle the load correctly. I had zero worries once they took over the task.

There were some pre-existing furniture items that were not in top shape. The movers were very careful with those items and there was no deterioration during the moving process.
Moving a darkroom for photography was a delicate process. The crew from National Pro Moving handled chemical trays and enlargers with focus. Each piece of equipment was packed in its own box. The safelight was detached and wrapped separately. The truck was loaded to prevent any jarring. In the new space, they set up the enlarger table first. They followed our layout diagram exactly.
Truly felt a bit stressed about shifting to the new apartment, but those guys were total pros. They wrapped my belongings and finished way faster than expected. They really made the hard-lifting part of the day look easy!
I almost did not hire National Pro Moving because their price was not the cheapest quote I got. But the cheapest quote came from a company that asked for cash upfront, so I went with National Pro Moving instead. That turned out to be the right call because they showed me the contract before I signed anything, and everything matched.
I had to shift a few big appliances, such as refrigerator and washing machine. The movers did a great job in all the preparations and have made sure to put things in order properly, when it comes to bringing the appliances into the new home. Luckily, it was scratch and dent free.
I was impressed by the thoroughness of the movers with my belongings. I'm usually concerned when I hire movers about any scratches or dents. They took their time with the furniture. The crew was both friendly and professional and kept me informed when they required clarification on placement of items. Overall it was a very positive experience.
