I watched them pack the spice rack and the small appliances into medium boxes that weren't too heavy to carry. The delivery truck had a ramp, which made the loading go much faster than expected. They placed the fragile boxes right on top of the stack, so they won’t get damaged or crushed. The overall experience was well-managed.
