Moving company in Bayonne, NJ
They had to do a difficult lift of the piano through a balcony patio door as this was not possible down the internal staircase. Superb acrobats and specialists in their field.
My move was completed without any delays or problems. The staff was friendly, careful, and always willing to help. I would confidently recommend them to friends and family.
When my lease expired, I needed a move in haste, with little help, because I had already packed most of my belongings. They arrived with three people and unloaded everything in 3 hours and then headed to town. Just what I was looking for!
The loading of the moving truck was done carefully, and the truck was clean. The movers sorted the heavy items first, stacked the storage boxes correctly, and used straps to secure everything. When they opened the truck at the new location, there was no dropping or shifting of anything. It demonstrated to them how to properly load a truck.
We left about 20 minutes later than planned due to the crew being stuck in traffic, but they had let us know in advance. They arrived and got to work and had caught up very fast. At the end of the day, all of the equipment was unloaded and positioned as desired.
The movers were professional from the moment they arrived. They handled every item carefully and made sure everything was loaded securely. I am very happy with the service they provided.
Our moving crew was very good with the fragile items. We had a few boxes that were labeled fragile, as well as the TV and glass shelving. They were careful with everything and made sure the delicate items were laid out properly. Nothing was damaged, and the crew checked to ensure everything had arrived.
Good experience overall. The movers arrived on time, professionally and they took care of belongings. The relocation was done without any major problems.
The staff was helpful and courteous. They joked a bit, kept their spirits up and were busy throughout. This helped reduce the stress of the day, particularly when you're moving and have so much to do. They handled everything very well.
The team assisted us in moving our storage unit and ourselves into the new condo in one day. Highly organized and very efficient!
