MOVE 4 LESS !!!! THEY ACTUALLY EITHER STOLE OR MISPLACED A 3RD OF MY PERSONAL ITEMS... THEY NEVER WOULD SEND ME A DETAILED INVENTORY LIST OF MY PROPERTY!!! I WAS WITH ... Read More MOVE 4 LESS !!!! THEY ACTUALLY EITHER STOLE OR MISPLACED A 3RD OF MY PERSONAL ITEMS... THEY NEVER WOULD SEND ME A DETAILED INVENTORY LIST OF MY PROPERTY!!! I WAS WITH THE COMPANY FOR OVER 9 MONTHS WHICH WAS ENOUGH TIME FOR AN INVENTORY LIST. I CALLED AND EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. AT THE TIME OF MY HOME DELIVERY THEY WERE 1HOUR AND 30 MINS LATE TO GETTING MY HOME AND THEN CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 30 MINS. TWICE ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE ! IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING MY ITEMS IN MY HOME THE 2 MEN WERE BRINGING MY BAR UP THESTAIRS AND TRIPPED AND MY BAR BROKE AT THE TOP , THE COMPLETE TOP OF MY BAR WAS TORN OFF SO THEY QUICKLY GOT A HAMMERA ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT WHICH TOOK OVER 35 MINUTES YET THEY CHARGED ME FOR OVER TIME! THEN OVER THE NEXT WEEK AS I WAS UNPACKING I FOUND THAT ALL MY KITCHEN BOXES WERE MISSING MY PROJECTOR AND BOTH VEIWERS WERE MISSING. ALONG WITH SEVERAL THINGS BROKEN SUCK AS 2 TVS 📺, THIS COMPANY WOULDH HEAR OF ANYTHING I HADTO SAYBCUZ THEY TOLD ME I ONLY HAD 14 DAYS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WHICH I WOULD HAVE KNOW THAT HAD THEY EVERSENT ME A INVENTORY LIST AND CONTRACT FROM THE BEGINNING, THEY NEVER SENT ANYTHING TO MY EMAIL AS PROMISED FOR 9 MONTHS AND FINALLY AT THEEND THE DECIDED TO SEND OVER PICS FROM WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PICS THEY TOOK AS THEY WERE TAKING MY ITEMS OUT OF THE TRUCK 🚚 ORIGINALLY AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THAT IT WAS THE MISSING ITEMIZED INVENTORY LIST. END OF IT ALL I'M OUT OF MY PROPERTY AND THEY STOLE IT.. MAYBE WHEN THE 2 MOVERS TOOK THE WEXTRA HOUR & A HALF GETTING TO MY ADDRESS . NEVER AGAIN WIL I USE THIS COMPANY AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER . MY ATTORNEY IS TAKING CARE OF HIS BUSINESS AS I TYPE THIS VERY TRUE STATEMENT!!!!!!

Read More The move was ok the guys that moved us were vary rude and would not let my sons help ,they just put stuff storage anyway didn't care at all how it was put in the storage space when I called customer service they said my kids could help with the move so it would faster, but that was not the case . What I was posed about was the rudeness there tip went from $100 each to $ 40 each by the end of the move don't think I will use them again

They frequently took breaks and spent a significant amount of time talking on the phone, which prolonged the process unnecessarily. 2. **Lack of Expertise**: The movers struggled to maneuver my couch, which was a standard piece of furniture. Their lack of skill and experience was evident, leading to additional delays and frustration. 3. **Carelessness**: One of the movers stepped on my couch with dirty shoes. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, showing a lack of care for my belongings. Overall, my experience with your company was very disappointing. I expected a professional and efficient service, but instead, I was met with a lack of professionalism and care. Read More I really didn't like my move the first thing when the movers came in was this to much stuff I can't move that I can't take that I was so shocked the way they approached the situation. I moved everything for them to one room plus everything was ready for them I know I paid by hrs and even called they started saying I needed to pay them from the job site to the office WHAT!!!!! that was not said on the phone when I got my quote so alot of my stuff that had glass stayed behind they started to quote me by items not by hrs I was so confused..I was shocked and very unhappy my quote was for 3 hours at $480 and if I went an hour over it was going to be close another $160 extra by the time we were done moving the man charged me $920 I was very shocked I am not happy with this move for less a lot of stuff wasn't mentioned when I got my quote so I thought I was paying by the hour which when he charged me he only stayed an hour extra which was a total of 4 hours but charged me 6 hrs when they were finished unloading everything. I have to pay them before they could unload anything so I had to pay them the $920 even though they stayed the 4 hours not the 6 hrs . I am very unhappy and I also called to see if I can get some of my money and the man was supposed to call back but he didn't. . I will never use these people again they are rip offs..
