Read More My experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues: 1. **Slow and Inefficient Service**: The movers took an excessive amount of time to complete the move. They frequently took breaks and spent a significant amount of time talking on the phone, which prolonged the process unnecessarily. 2. **Lack of Expertise**: The movers struggled to maneuver my couch, which was a standard piece of furniture. Their lack of skill and experience was evident, leading to additional delays and frustration. 3. **Carelessness**: One of the movers stepped on my couch with dirty shoes. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, showing a lack of care for my belongings. Overall, my experience with your company was very disappointing. I expected a professional and efficient service, but instead, I was met with a lack of professionalism and care. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your services to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.

Read More I really didn't like my move the first thing when the movers came in was this to much stuff I can't move that I can't take that I was so shocked the way they approached the situation. I moved everything for them to one room plus everything was ready for them I know I paid by hrs and even called they started saying I needed to pay them from the job site to the office WHAT!!!!! that was not said on the phone when I got my quote so alot of my stuff that had glass stayed behind they started to quote me by items not by hrs I was so confused..I was shocked and very unhappy my quote was for 3 hours at $480 and if I went an hour over it was going to be close another $160 extra by the time we were done moving the man charged me $920 I was very shocked I am not happy with this move for less a lot of stuff wasn't mentioned when I got my quote so I thought I was paying by the hour which when he charged me he only stayed an hour extra which was a total of 4 hours but charged me 6 hrs when they were finished unloading everything. I have to pay them before they could unload anything so I had to pay them the $920 even though they stayed the 4 hours not the 6 hrs . I am very unhappy and I also called to see if I can get some of my money and the man was supposed to call back but he didn't. . I will never use these people again they are rip offs..

Read More I wouldn’t recommend this company to move my dead dog out of the street! They are highly unprofessional. It took over a month for my parents items to arrive in Michigan their customer service is very very horrible and I paid for the service in full upfront so you would think that they would have had a little more urgency with this matter. I was given the runaround multiple times before I even got a resolution I’ve never heard of such good company taking so long to bring items to another state They didn’t even try to resolve the issue by offering some sort of refund or resolution. All I got was attitudes and people that didn’t want to help me with this situation. I went and got the items I would. My experience with this company doesn’t match the reviews. I am highly disappointed in their services and my parents weren’t too happy. I don’t like how they do business & I would never refer anyone to them In life or an after life!
