Highly recommend Medalist Moving Services. Luke and his team were fantastic. They were very efficient and made my moving smooth. Definitely worth the price.
Medalist Moving Services are the best!! On time, very professional, they care my stuff with care and respect. Great job guys!! Thank you!!
Great experience for us. Scheduling communication was excellent and the guys moved furniture around so we could select the right place for the chairs. Great company and great job!!
Great moving experience! My apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it wasn’t an easy job, but Jay and Luke were incredibly professional, respectful, and worked hard the entire time. I really appreciate their effort and would recommend them for moves in difficult buildings.
Working with this moving company was an absolute nightmare. I was initially promised delivery within 48 hours of pickup. However, only after my belongings were fully loaded into the truck did the movers mention delivery could actually take up to 14 days. Had they been honest with me upfront, I never would have booked them. My items were picked up on July 30th. On July 31st, a representative explicitly assured me that signing the paperwork would guarantee delivery by Wednesday, August 5th. Yet, when I called to check in, I received endless runarounds and was told to wait another 2–3 business days just for an update. My belongings finally arrived on August 12th. When the truck was unloaded, the destruction was appalling: my antique mirror was shattered, my shoe rack was ruined, my lamps and furniture were cosmetically damaged, my weight vest was leaking sand, and my broom was missing entirely. To top it off, the movers were unloading items that weren't even mine. The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and hire a different company.
Our move from Texas went very smoothly. Movers was very polite and knowledgeable. Great effort was taken not to track any outside dirt indoors. Great job!
The delivery guys were professional, and polite. They made sure they placed my item in the exact space without hitting anything. Took all the trash away and installed the door handles. Definitely recommend Medalist Moving Services
This review is specifically for Luke, Jay and Tyler, who handled my move and were outstanding. The team in the office could stand to improve. But the moving team who could not have been better: helpful, friendly and efficient. Huge thanks for all of your help!
Luke and Yogra were amazing. They helped me so much getting a very chaotic move handled. The pricing was very fair and the service was exceptional and I would recommend both of these movers and this company all day long. Thank you so much.
This moving Company was very professional, helpful and fast. We don’t wear shoes in our home and they were mindful and wore booties. Very professional, highly recommend them.
