Moving company in Charlotte, NC
Mike and James, the other members of my squad, were excellent guys who were cautious and adaptable. They were incredibly accommodating when I first got in touch with them. It's really good; go see it if you can. The movers I had hired up and left me a month before the big relocation
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
When we unexpectedly needed help unloading into our storage container, Mayzlin Relocation LLC came through for us. Rector and John were very pleasant to work with and a huge help. Quick action from management and administration allowed us to get everything set up, and now we're ready to move on to the next task later this week.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The task of bringing my mattresses downstairs was a challenge for my prior movers, but David and his colleagues performed an excellent job. They skillfully navigated the tight quarters, covering the beds with plastic. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
