Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
Their movers made our move from a city apartment to a rural home incredibly smooth. They navigated tight staircases and busy streets with ease, all while keeping our belongings safe. Plus, the move was completed ahead of schedule too. We couldn't be more satisfied!
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Using this service made what could have been a stressful time of moving feel more planned and efficient. I cannot convey how much I adore them.
The positive attitude and careful handling of my expensive items caught my attention right away. I said, "Wow!" when I saw how carefully and skillfully they handled the valuable items. They got all of them to their new home without a hitch and made sure they got there in perfect shape. Thank you very much for the great service; they're the best!
