Our experience with their movers was 10/10! Packing, delivery and unloading were all handled exceptionally by Mike and Raymond. They also charged us fairly. We couldn’t have asked for more!
Our moving coordinator, Andrew, was excellent. He was fully involved in the move from start to finish and made sure that his crew delivered our things on time. He also gave us a breakdown of the final bill to maintain honesty. We applaud him!
We have finished packing and have moved out. This is just a brief email to inform you of that. In the beginning, everything was nice. We would like to commend your team at this level. They were punctual, polite, and worked tirelessly. Everything that this company has done thus far has made us very delighted.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
