Moving company in Charlotte, NC
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I was overjoyed when James handed me the final bill. Contrary to my expectations, it was within the anticipated price range provided by William (customer representative) at the office during my inquiry, and there were no hidden charges. To add to it, the service was really worthwhile. I'll definitely call Mayzlin Relocation LLC again when I relocate in the future!
Moving with a family of five can be chaotic, but Mayzlin Relocation LLC handled everything perfectly. They packed each child’s room separately and labeled every box so we knew exactly where everything was. The movers were cheerful and made jokes to keep the kids entertained. They also assembled the bunk beds at the new house, which saved us a lot of time. It felt like more than just a moving service—it felt like they genuinely cared about making the transition easy for our whole family.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
We were moving to a smaller place and needed to downsize, so there were a lot of tough decisions about what to keep and what to let go of. The movers were so patient. They helped us move everything we wanted to keep and offered suggestions on how to pack things more efficiently. They also helped move some items to a storage unit. They made the whole process much easier than I thought it would be, and they worked hard to get everything in place without rushing.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
Jack and his crew paid a lot of attention while wrapping our valuables. They also loaded them carefully onto the trucks and delivered them safely to a storage facility nearby. The delivery process took few hours and they made sure to shrink wrap the cartons and boxes together so they’d remain secure in one place. They delivered it all in terrific condition to us. They have our highest recommendation!
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
