Literally the best!

Despite the short notice, John and his crew were extremely professional, which placed my business partner and me at peace. They were incredibly helpful in every aspect; they assisted with packing, loading the truck, and disposing of unwanted items from our previous home. We ought to inform everyone that we have no intention of abandoning them in the near future.

Very Smooth Transition!

I was moving out of a third-floor apartment with no elevator, but the team didn’t seem fazed. They wrapped my desk in plastic, securing the drawers so nothing would slide out. They brought boxes for my framed photos and packed them upright for added security. My outdoor furniture was wiped down and wrapped before loading, so it didn’t dirty anything else. They unloaded everything carefully and placed my bed in the corner I wanted before reassembling it.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Peaceful Service!

Eric effortlessly carried and lifted heavy furniture, while Jose meticulously arranged and tagged boxes. Their combined talents created a faultless moving experience, and I was astounded. Very well done!

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Worst Joke Ever.

I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

We wish you all the very best!

The movers from this company were very organized and quick. They kept me updated on everything throughout the move, and all my belongings arrived safely at my new place. I'm so grateful for their help, and I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed to move.
