Moving company in Charlotte, NC
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
Hiring Mayzlin Relocation LLC was the easiest part of my entire relocation process. The individuals they dispatched were quick but careful, making sure to wrap my dining chairs to prevent any scratches. They also took apart my bed frame in record time. At the new place, they diligently set everything up where I wanted it. Their estimate was spot on, and the final bill didn’t spring any surprises on me.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
My landlord recommended Mayzlin Relocation LLC after she used them for her own move. The personnel they sent to help me were patient, especially because I had a lot of last-minute changes. I kept finding random things in closets, and they just rolled with it—wrapping everything quickly and neatly. They were also super chill with my dog running around, making sure he didn’t get near any heavy lifting. By the time they were done, my boxes were perfectly stacked and ready to go. Total lifesavers!
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
James and his crew did a great job with our move. They put in the hard work in a timely and professional manner. They were pleasant and courteous throughout. Would definitely recommend them to others and will totally go with Mayzlin Relocation LLC for our next move.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
