I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
It was a simple move from a small apartment to a new house just across town. The crew was quick, polite, and worked efficiently. However, what really impressed me was how carefully they handled my glass furniture. Everything arrived without a scratch, which was such a relief. I was expecting a more stressful experience, but they made it go as smoothly as possible. I was definitely glad I hired them for the job.
I moved into a high-rise with a strict elevator schedule, and everything had to be done in a tight two-hour window. These guys came totally prepared. They coordinated with the front desk, loaded everything quickly, and were somehow done ahead of schedule. I was seriously impressed by how organized and efficient they were.
I booked with Mayzlin Relocation LLC for a long-distance move from the city to a small town four hours away. I was nervous about my computer equipment and artwork, but they packed everything with care, using blankets and straps to keep it all secure. At the new place, they helped unpack and didn’t leave until I gave the okay. It felt like they really cared about getting it right.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

They wrapped each piece with care, asked how I wanted things packed, and gave special attention to the electronics. Everything worked perfectly when I set it up again. Definitely a great experience if you’ve got non-standard stuff like I did.
