Moving company in Charlotte, NC
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I was moving across state lines into my first home and chose Mayzlin Relocation LLC after reading a few solid recommendations. From the start, the experience was great. Richard followed up before the move to confirm a few last-minute details and ensured the crew had all the necessary information. They packed everything neatly, handled the distance well, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
We were helping our son move into his first off-campus place and had furniture, boxes, and some secondhand stuff from our garage. The movers were friendly and patient, even with the tight turns in the new place. It felt like they actually wanted the move to go well, not just get it done fast. Really appreciated that vibe.
I moved into a basement unit with limited access, and I was convinced my oversized bookshelf wouldn't fit through the stairwell. Somehow, the movers figured out the angle, took off a door, and slid it in without damage. I was genuinely impressed not just by their skill, but by how calm and problem-solving their attitude remained throughout. That kind of care stood out.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
