Moving company in Charlotte, NC
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC made moving less stressful for me. They arrived on time, ready to work, and they stayed professional even when things got tricky with the stairs at my old place. I could tell they had plenty of experience, which made me feel confident about trusting them with my things. Everything was unloaded right where I wanted it, and not a single item was damaged. It's rare to get this kind of service these days.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
Our move included a bunch of fragile equipment from my home studio, lights, stands, and a soundboard. I was super worried about something breaking. The movers asked questions, listened, and then packed the gear exactly how I hoped they would. Everything arrived safely, and they even waited for me to double-check the boxes before heading out. It made me feel like they actually cared.
I moved my small design studio across the state and trusted Mayzlin Relocation LLC with all my computers, printers, and drafting tables. They labeled every cord, wrapped the monitors in thick padding, and transported my large tables without chipping the edges. The team even helped arrange the furniture in the new space so I could get back to work without delay.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
