The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
Eric and his excellent team handled my dressers and L-shaped sofa cautiously. They wrapped each item with foam padding from the edges and made sure to double wrap them with furniture blankets as well. I received them in perfect condition. Truly grateful!

Richard, along with his assistants were punctual, arriving at time. They used a detailed checklist to ensure nothing was forgotten. Each box was taped, and they used labels for different rooms. My collection of 32 porcelain plates arrived without a single chip, thanks to their meticulous packing.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
