My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
Jack and his crew paid a lot of attention while wrapping our valuables. They also loaded them carefully onto the trucks and delivered them safely to a storage facility nearby. The delivery process took few hours and they made sure to shrink wrap the cartons and boxes together so they’d remain secure in one place. They delivered it all in terrific condition to us. They have our highest recommendation!
The crew from Mayzlin Relocation LLC was super careful with my electronics. They had special anti-static bubble wrap for my computer and TV. They took pictures of how my wires were connected so they could set it up the same way in my new home. They even brought along zip ties to organize the cables neatly. The movers were polite and explained what they were doing in simple words. They checked the weather and made sure my electronics were covered when it started to drizzle. They set everything up at my new place and made sure it all worked before they left.
The crew was friendly, approachable, and very skilled at moving. They knew exactly how to move heavy furniture without causing any damage. They made sure everything was loaded and unloaded with precision and care, making the entire experience easy.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
