The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

But thankfully, this company completely changed our perspective with their exceptional service. From the first phone call, their team was professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. The movers arrived on time and came prepared with everything necessary to protect our belongings, including extra padding for our delicate furniture. They worked diligently, and handled every item with care as if it were their own. Once we arrived at our new home, they carefully unloaded and even helped us assemble our bed and dining table. They didn’t even charge us for it! They’ll definitely be our go-to movers whenever we move again!
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
We had a lot of sentimental items, including a handmade quilt my grandmother made. The movers asked if there was anything particularly fragile or valuable they should know about. When I mentioned the quilt, they treated it like treasure, wrapping it in layers of tissue and gently placing it in a box labeled “fragile.”

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
