Excellent working with the movers. They exceeded my anticipations. The fact that they treated my relocation efficiently and professionally was what I found most significant. They took everything along so they wouldn't have to spend time getting it afterward. The transition went well, and I am so grateful to them!
Julian and Michael movers relocated my daughter's bedroom with ease. Every stuffed toys and present were carefully wrapped and placed in its designated box. She was relieved to see that everything had arrived without a hitch, which she much appreciated.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The group arrived promptly and got to work right away. They boxed up my belongings, transported them, then unpacked them at my new apartment. They worked quickly, yet they treated everything as if it were their own. I highly recommend this company!
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The movers are impeccable in their competence and abilities. The movers had to take the stairs because the lift had some issues; still, they were as dedicated as ever and worked without a hitch. Although it took some time, they secured my furniture from dings and scratches.
