Good Communication!!!

I moved out of state for a job and had a deadline to be there by Monday morning. I was cutting it close, but Mayzlin Relocation LLC made it happen. They loaded everything in a single afternoon, drove through the night, and arrived on time. David kept checking in and made sure I had updates the whole way. I was seriously impressed by how reliable they were.

Loyal Customer service.

The stairs in my building are awful. I thought for sure someone would ding a wall or break my couch. Matthew figured out the angle and got it through like a pro. Thanks again for being my moving superheroes!

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Worst Joke Ever.

I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.

My hats off to you!

I was nervous about my glass display cabinet and mirrors. The crew wrapped each piece in blankets and tape. Every fragile item reached the new house without a scratch. I appreciated that level of care.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
