Moving company in Charlotte, NC
Jack & David arrived right on schedule and did an amazing job of packing up all my stuff, including my huge plasma TV and billiard table, like pros. They even gave me some useful tips on how to make the move easier, like packing an essentials box and taking pictures of my electronics before unplugging them.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
Daniel and Edward took special care of our pet’s items, setting up a little area in the truck just for them. They even had treats to keep our dog calm during the move. They made sure his favorite toy was the last thing loaded, so he’d have it right away.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
We would hire their movers again in a heartbeat for future relocations! James and his team of 4 were experts and had awesome packing skills. They took their time securing every item with padding, thick fabric cloth and soft blankets. During loading, they even made sure to anchor all the boxes with thick belts. Everything arrived unscathed to our flat in NY. They did an incredible job!
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
