Well organized!

We had an excellent experience with this company. James came to our initial appointment and provided a quote; the price was fair. We had a long-distance move with complete packing assistance. A family of 5 moved from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom home with several large furniture items. Carl and his moving crew were excellent. They were thoughtful and assisted with some little housekeeping. We had a great time with the staff and appreciated how easy the move had been. We will use Mayzlin Relocation LLC if we move again, and I suggest them to everyone!

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Thanks again for being my moving superheroes!

We are grateful to this company crew for their professionalism and friendliness, which helped to make the moving day less stressful. Getting a quotation was simple, and further discussions with David and John were transparent. Preparing a partial load, the day before was a good idea and they easily completed this task. I was astounded by how hard they worked to finish my move before sunset. When it was over, I could easily see how excellent the service was, and I heartily endorse it.

Very disappointing experience.

My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Best Move Ever, Not Kidding.

The staff has been kind and helpful from the beginning to the end, including delivery. They arrived on time and expertly packaged and wrapped our possessions. William and his folks wrapped my furniture, a few sturdy plastic items, and furniture coverings in corrugated cartons for optimal protection.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
