The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
To put it briefly, Mayzlin Relocation LLC is a fantastic business. Our stay was much enhanced by the staff's genuine friendliness, assistance, and reliability. Everyone seemed happy and upbeat, which made me happy.
I expected my 1-bedroom move to take all day, but these movers had it done in just a few hours. They worked quickly but made sure to handle my belongings with great care. They even squeezed out time to label the boxes and cartons for my convenience. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Before you use this company for a Military move, check with the base move assistance. This company is not verified, they will over charge you, delay your move. Go to all websites and VERIFY---- VERIFY them!! Dig deep into the reviews!! Also, the page they have for MILITARY moves, The "Solider" they have pictured has a goatee. They couldn't even take the time or give the RESPECT by using a standard picture of a member of the US Armed Forces.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The help from the three helpers was crucial. They were more reliable and accommodating than we had anticipated. Our meetings were generally fruitful, and our bills were accurate.
