Loved them!

My long-distance move with Mayzlin Relocation LLC included delicate antique clocks. They wrapped each clock in thick padding and kept it upright during the drive. When the boxes were opened, every clock was working perfectly. I was so relieved that clocks have been in my family for years, and the movers treated them with the same care I would have.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

Worst customer service.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.

Terrible communication on important matters

Very bad decision to chose this company, completely unreliable: increasing the price the moving day, two king the words to change the delivery date. We have been waiting for 2 weeks now and still have not received our items…to be continued

Worst !!!

I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.

Awesome!

I had to move from my small apartment into a duplex, and my biggest concern was a huge couch I knew would be tough to fit through the doorway. The movers handled it better than I could have imagined. They didn't force anything, just took their time and figured it out. Everything arrived intact, and nothing got scuffed. It felt like they genuinely knew what they were doing.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
