I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
The movers were great. They were punctual, courteous, and highly skilled in their work. They treated everything carefully, making the moving process as smooth as possible.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The team was punctual, helpful, reliable, and efficient. The fact that the employees undergo background checks and drug tests adds an extra layer of reassurance about who is in your home. I am thoroughly impressed with everything and will certainly recommend these guys!
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
We couldn’t be more satisfied with how our cross-country move turned out. Alexander and his team showed up at the scheduled time and quickly got to work. Our belongings were thoroughly wrapped, labelled and delivered intact on time. We cannot recommend them enough!
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
Always love hiring their movers. My recent experience went just as smoothly as my previous ones. The team was punctual and maintained a cheerful attitude from start to finish. They gave me a tracking link to monitor the progress of the move and thankfully, there were no delays with the delivery. They have my sincerest appreciation!
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
