The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
We contacted Mayzlin Relocation LLC for our first ever international move and they ensured we had a comfortable experience. Our point of contact was Scott and he was truly a pro at his job. From handling customs regulations to making sure we received everything on time, he did it all effortlessly. We are thoroughly impressed!
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The movers were prompt, courteous, and flexible. On time, polite, and competent—that is them. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves. Those in need of the most reliable and reasonably priced moving business have my unqualified recommendation of Mayzlin Relocation LLC.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
My parents settled in comfortably in their new place in AZ and it was all thanks to their movers. They were kind, friendly and very attentive towards their needs. After delivering everything safely, they even stayed behind to help them organize the place and didn’t charge them for it! Their dedication to customers truly knows no bounds!
