I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
The crew paid attention to detail when they helped me move to my new condo. They used color-coded stickers to organize the boxes by room. They measured doorways to make sure my big couch would fit through without a scratch. They even remembered to keep my plant by the window so it wouldn’t miss the sun too much.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
Jack and his crew paid a lot of attention while wrapping our valuables. They also loaded them carefully onto the trucks and delivered them safely to a storage facility nearby. The delivery process took few hours and they made sure to shrink wrap the cartons and boxes together so they’d remain secure in one place. They delivered it all in terrific condition to us. They have our highest recommendation!
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC service was exceptional. The movers were very respectful of my time, calling me 30 minutes before arriving. They brought extra boxes for the items I forgot to pack, like my bathroom essentials and the food from my fridge. Each mover wore shoe covers to keep my carpets clean. They labeled the boxes with different colors for each room, which made unpacking much easier. When they reassembled my bookshelf, they made sure it was level before placing my books back on it, just the way I had them before. The team worked efficiently, and not a single minute was wasted.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
