Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
Despite the weather, the crew worked efficiently and cheerfully on the day of the transfer. Upon entering the house, they removed their soaked shoes and ensured that my possessions remained dry.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
I was anxious about my belongings being transported hundreds of miles in a truck because I had never moved this far before. However, the movers quickly put me at ease. They conducted a thorough inventory, numbering each box as they went. Once everything was loaded onto the truck, a man with a clipboard inspected the contents. After two days of travel, they unloaded everything at an impressive speed when we finally reached the new house. Nothing was broken, and not a single package was missing.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
Even though relocating can be a hassle, these men made the process straightforward. Their staff were professional, polite, and punctual. They were greatly appreciated for their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond what was required. I highly recommend these individuals!
